Contacting Lippert confirmed their guidance to only lube the bearing block area, not the tracks as written in our 310GK owners manual provided by GD.

Hello,
The rails would not need lubricated, only the spur gears at the bearing blocks. I would use CRC with PTFE on the spur gears every couple of months depending upon use of the slide. The rest of the system (seals and rails) I would use hot soapy water to keep clean. Adding and lube or grease to the rails will increase the chance of the rails getting dirty and grimy which can cause timing issues.
