Too much play in slide ram?

We just got back from our first trip with our new 2021 344GK Solitude and while looking around noticed the nuts on the living room slide ram were not tight. This looks like there would be way too much play in the ram while bringing it in or out. The kitchen slide looks tight the way I would expect it but not this one. We have had this 5th wheel for about two weeks now, how do I tell which nuts to tighten? (The one on the left or the two on the right). The two pictures show the difference of when the slide is out and when the slide is in.

I'm not qualified to answer your question, but I'm sure someone will be along with an answer. In the meantime, have you checked LCI's website for your slide's manual? I'm not 100% sure what your Solitude uses, but all of Lippert's slideouts have documentation here: https://support.lci1.com/slide-outs/

I hope you'll post the resolution--best thing about an owners forum is we all learn from each other.
