260RD Schwintek Won't Work

hello...we too are living the dream...in our living room because our slideout has malfunctioned as well... only pulled her once up to hells canyon in idaho...did all the diy suggestions because we had to wait from 7/10 to 7/26 to get it in to warranty dealer....finally got it fixed, brought it home, leveled it, getting ready to load up to head out....slide won't work....repair center said it was some sensor or such....wanted us to download app to reset system...heck...most of the places we go do not have wifi or even phone serivice...guess we will just park in front of the gate at the dealer...we love our grand design 2021 reflection fifthwheel 260rd...would not trade it for anything...prettiest rv i have ever seen...just wish the darn slide out worked...tom and danise

You also have a Schwintek, or what Lippert calls an "In Wall Slide". (Lippert actually bought the patent is why is was first called a "Schwintek" and that name has stuck.) I can tell by the rails on the side of the slide.

Your issue may be unrelated to the one in the thread were this was originally posted, so moved to it's own thread (as well as this response).
