Let’s just say that the people at Grand Design Customer Service are Awesome. It’s great how the discussion here was also very helpful in putting together a picture of what might have happened. Because it was a Dealer Pickup, GD knows where this occurred, but didn’t send me into that rat maze of back and forth, GD just took charge and handled the issue
