Roto Flex pin box

I have a 2018 Solitude 310 GR that is having an issue with the rubber pad sliding out of the back of the pin box I was able to bang it back into place except for the last half inch. I contacted GD via there on-line form yesterday July 8 and have not hear from them. Has anyone else had an issue with the Rota Flex Trailair pin box? Any advise would be straitly appreciated. Hank

You may also try to contact Lippert about this problem , they are the manufacture of the frame and also install the pin box.

Have heard of several peeps with this problem. CALL GD or contact LCI. They replace the pin box if I remember correctly.
