Does anyone know how long it usually takes for MorRyde to respond to an inquiry?

Pre-pandemic, I would normally get a response from them the say business day - the next day at the longest. If you're not having luck on-line or with email, try calling them. They're great folks to work with.

I agree they are great. I just installed the CRE3000 and wet bolt package. The torques were different in each set of instructions, so I called and asked. The person gave me the correct torque for the nuts and thanked me for buying their product.

Curiously enough, I received a response only a few hours after posting this. Why are they working on Father’s Day???
