I looked through the manuals and cant seem to find the wheel torque spec, has anyone have this information for my trailer?

I personally wouldn't be worried about your shackles. But you have grease able suspension bolts....give them a shot of chassis lube grease.

Stages means torquing to a lower value all round the wheel, then increasing eventually to the full desired torque. It helps with properly centring the wheel on the hub. When I do my trailer wheels I first torque to about 50ft lbs all around the wheel, then the full value of 110 next. Two stages.
Others prefer three stages. Some prefer one and just go full value right off the hop.
