  • Ram 3500 DRW Tires

I need to replace all 6 tires on my Ram 3500 dually soon. I am pulling a Mo 397 weighing in at approximately 22K. Looking for advice on a good tire to replace my Goodyear Wrangler A/T Adventures which I have approximately 40K miles on currently. The Goodyear’s have been a good tire but I’m looking for something a little more heavy duty for the load being towed.

i bought 6 235/80/17michelin tires, a little pricey but well worth the extra, increased sidewall thickness and as quiet as origionals. ride is quite nice with my 390.

awheeladventure As sneekyv has said the Michelin will be hard to beat. I am not sure what you mean by more heavy duty? Most tires your size will be a 10 ply tire or load range E. I believe there are some off brand tires that are 12 ply. Personally I would stick with a Michelin or a Bridgestone tire. If you want better mileage get a highway tread versus an all terrain.
