      Not sure if you have received help on the lug nuts yet but here is the link to GD Parts 140034 : TIRE LUG NUT 1/2" BLACK STAINLESS STEEL | Grand Design (granddesignrv.com).

      This seems to be a regular 1/2"-20 lug nut with a black cover, available at most places, auto parts store or even Amazon.
