  • Propane Quick Connect for 2020 377MBS-R Solitude

Our 377MBS does not have the optional outdoor kitchen. Seems like there would be a propane quick connect (or a plugged port fitting for one) in the propane lines. Any Solitude owners know where to look for a quick connect. We want to hook up a gas grill, and would like it to run off a common line to take advantage of the automatic switchover when 1st tank runs out, like the stove, hot water heater and furnace. Previous trailers had a steel pipe run to the rear with a shut off valve and quick connect for regulated propane pressure for the gas grill. Thanks!

No, we don’t pull the Solitude, it’s permanently parked on our campsite in SW Fla.

I'm looking at the Solitude 377 propane drawing which is dated 3/26/18. It shows three propane quick connect fittings.

Two are located on the driver's side. One is for the oven/range, and the second one is for the refrigerator. There is a note that says this fitting is not installed if there is a residential style refrigerator.

The drawing also shows a hose crossing over to the passenger side for the outside stove. Even though yours does not have the outside kitchen, there is no note showing this as an optional fitting. So unless the drawing has been updated in the last year, there's a pretty good chance that there is a propane fitting somewhere in the general area of where the outside kitchen would be. If it's there, it's probably near the frame and you'd have to reach down to plug into it.

Thanks Jim! Helps to know where to look. Also, we have the residential fridge, so should at least have that spot available to install one as a last resort. And either location should be regulated pressure, not tank pressure. Has to wait until we get back to it in October. Meanwhile, will look for a grill.

Just returned from 2-week visit to our camper to install pull-out drawers etc. Looked carefully underneath and along the frame. No luck finding a propane connection. Will get with a nearby GD dealer when we go back for the season. Thanks anyway.
