Here is some info and pics on the propane distribution block. Quoted from Grand Design contact,
"Here are a few photos of the manifold block and removing a line or plug. You will want to push the fitting in push the ring into the block and use a flat head screw driver between the fitting and the locking ring of the block."
So from the pics you can see that part of the brass fitting stays with the block. You would need a fitting like that in the picture to add a hose or quick connect. It was said that these are available from GD. I would give them a call and see if you can get some fittings, it would be better to have them and not need them than to need them and not be able to find one.
