Could this recall be causing a demand on these dual auto-transfer regulators and now the only ones available are old new stock parts. Thanks for the info on the hoses...

This recall for sure had affected availability. This is not just on Grand Design models but across all manufactures. Add to that the supply chain issues that everyone is feeling and the problem with getting a new one is multiplied.
