True test will be installed on the RV roof and weather the direct sun and heat successfully. There are other options that have been proven and tested to minimize worry for leaks and durability. Buy once, cry once. I just installed the $100 AM Solar combiner box on my 2020 Solitude 375RES-R.

The first VIAIR I installed in my truck bed had an IP54 rating. The replacement (because the first one "died") has an IP67 rating.
Huge difference.
Not trying to discourage you, just sharing information so you can make an informed decision for yourself.
AMSolar does not post an IP rating for their box (which I also use for my solar setup). You might consider calling and asking so you can compare the two products. (Please follow up and let us know what they say if you do that.)
