-Moderator Note: All threads below were incorporated into the forum's Master Modification List as of version 005, 2 Dec 20. -Howard

Wanted to do a post that captured all the upgrades and their related posts that I have done on the truck and our Grand Design Imagine 2400BH. We are not done, so this post will be a work in progress and I will edit it as needed to add new content.

    Note--links updated April 1, 2022 update from @Bellis

    Tried to re-order into groups (Exterior/by Room/Plumbing-Bathroom).

Electrical / Solar Upgrade - Including EMS/Victron Multiplus/MPPT/Cerbo/Touch 50, AC easy start, (3) Battleborn batteries, and 1260 watts of solar. This is a big thread and I have learned a lot. Only the EasyStart remains to be installed

I've seen quite a few people change to the Oxygenics shower head. Do you feel there is a big difference?

The stock showerhead that came with our 337 was terrible. With water pressure set at 45 psi taking a shower was time consuming and wasted water. We upgraded the showerhead on our previous travel trailer with an Oxygenics Fury and did so again as soon as we came back from our maiden voyage in the new 337 this summer. We can say the improvement was amazing. I also use a dual stage water filtration system (ClearSource) and that has made a drastic improvement in the flow of water in all of our faucets as well as the shower. The cost of the Oxygenics Fury was well worth it especially since it keeps my better half happy!

My wife thinks so....does it matter otherwise? lol

I can see where their special setting infuses the water with air and gives the impression of pressure with less water usage....I don't care for it....but if I am really trying to save water...I can see where it will help.

I too did the Oxygenics showerhead. We lost our water heater for a few days after a power outage while we were waiting on replacement parts to come to fix it. We ended up using the shower in the RV for and I can certainly see the water usage difference between the water saver mode and normal.

When we Dry-camp, it will make a big difference for me, since I won't have to refill the RV as much, nor empty it as much.

I'll have to show my bride this shower head. We take 'Navy' showers when we dry camp.

They have several options on their site and aren't too expensive. Have her look at the options...she may like one of the others more than the one we got.

My wife refers to dry camping showers as almost a sink bath. Ha!.

I am still adjusting to turning the water off, soaping up, and rinsing quickly. My camping growing up was roughing it, IE no showers.

We also use the Oxygenics Fury and like it. Did a flow-rate test on the Oxygenics versus the original showerhead and it actually used slightly less water than the original shower head. Timed and measured both for one minute while filling a 5 gallon bucket.

Does the Fury have a slide switch in the head to be able to turn it off without messing with the faucet handles? My OEM Dura Faucet with no fancy settings has a slide to turn it on and off. Unless we're full hookup, I tend to take "Navy" showers as J & J mentioned and would rather turn it off at the wand.

                    Thanks

Yes the Oxygenics Fury RV model has the valve on the shower head. We use the camping method (Navy?) in showing, where I estimate 5-6 gallons of water usage for a boondocking shower.

We pretty much Navy shower in the camper. She Navy Showers even at the house, I hate the cold water influx when turning the house shower on and off, so I just let it run. In the camper (waiting on first trip in 2 weeks) don't know how its going to work with the new on demand HWH and navy showering.
