Ready2Retire John, I suggest you watch that video on an empty stomach with no liquids near. I've seen inside trailer videos and they will scare the living poop out of you. Everything you feel in the TV is 2X or more dramatic in the garage.

When you do video it, please post the video.

I think it would be more fun to put the wife back there and tell her to face time you. Obviously my wife does not read this forum....

Just an FY, I had to postpone my exploration of the RV garage this weekend due to Mothers Day plans our adult children planned and kept me in the dark about, and this coming weekend we will be in Dallas TX Senior Sitting my father while my sister is out of town. My hope is I can get to work on this the middle of next week. Just didn't want y'all to think I wasn't coming back...

            Okay, just to update...

I contacted GD CS and they sent me the frame drawings for the garage. This was very helpful in finding the crossmembers without having to lower all the coroplast. I'm not sure if I should post them here without violating something, but if anyone needs them, I guess I could PM them. To recap, I'm using quality E-Track in 4 foot lengths. I was able to utilize 2 crossmembers per length, using #14 screws (2 each per crossmember for a total of 4 per length). I then used #12 screws through the floor (this is 1 inch high quality plywood) and sunk 4 screws at each end then one in every other hole in the track for an additional 16 screws per length. I know the screws grabbed well because my 18V impact driver bogged to a stop on each screw (I stopped at the point where they were tight, but didn't over-torque. It's a feel thing...) I'm quite confident the E-Track is not going anywhere holding down the Maverick.

To tie it down, the plan is 1 each 1k strap over each tire and 2 additional straps both front and rear from the SxS frame to the original Momentum tie-down points. Later in June, we'll be heading up to Utah to do some trail riding with the SxS, and I still plan o setting up my Go-Pro just to see how well things perform...

John--please don't provide the drawings to anyone else through any means--their trailer could be different. There is a very good reason GD asks that each owner give them a call to verify their specific trailer (by VIN). Only GDCS has the information in their database that documents each build.

My purpose in posting this response for all to read is so there's greater understanding across the forum for why GD has this rule, not to "call you out". Thanks for understanding.
