Rear mount is a problem with no hitch and a bumper mounted spare. If only two conventional bikes, a Jack-It rack on the tongue will work or you could take the long route and move your spare and have a hitch welded to your frame and then go with a rear mounted, RV approved rack.

The easiest way by far with a TT is the truck bed if you tow with a pickup.

3 or more bikes, the truck bed or a tow vehicle roof rack are the only options I’d consider.

If you have a pickup with an open bed or covered bed there are what I call T-track racks that fit bed rails. The put the bikes over the bed so it is still usable Come in lots of configurations from several good bile rack manufacturers.
