Along with the "Tools" thread we will be trying to compile a list of spare parts that some carry and recommend to be carried so that your time while camping can be fun. Sometimes when something breaks there is not a dealer or store around that has the part you need.

Pex line, fittings, rings and tool, AC and 12V connectors and a length of Romex and 12V wire, flexible water line for sinks, a sealed, complete hub assembly, complete backing plate and brake assembly if you can. Roof caulking, tape for the underneath. If you have hydraulic slides or jacks, connectors for a field repair and a section of hydraulic line in each size with crimped fittings. Spare tank blades.

I carry most of what Jerry mentioned, but I also carry a water heater board and 120V relay. I have had both go, and they have been handy to have. I usually travel with my in laws who have the same water heater, so one set of spares for both of us has been good.
I also carry an old work box, outlet, and cover as most of my factory outlets have failed (installation with an impact gun seems to have broken the plastic on all of them).

I have a Plano box with both fuses and batteries, and keep an inventory sheet listing what is used where in the box.
Not just the RV, but accessories we take along like my wife’s book light, flashlights, TPMS, remotes etc..
I use from the battery stock when home and replenish to keep them fresh.
Just last summer I found that I was not as prepared as I thought when some campground acquaintances had a converter failure. They had changed their battery just a day earlier, and my suspicion they had blown fuses on the converter was correct. I couldn’t be a hero, because I didn’t have spare 35A fuses in my stock. I assumed it would be easy to find, but after calling the four closest auto parts places they ended up having to drive 33 miles to get some. Seems NAPA has the best fuse selection.

great suggestions. We are just getting into RV living and I have been struggling with what to keep in the toll box and parts locker

After reading on other forums and Facebook of other owners having spring failures I decided to have one just in case.
Carried a spare leaf spring for about a year, when in the middle of nowhere it was needed. About an hour and a half later and we were back on the road again.
A few things to note:
1) when a spring fails the springs on both sides of the axle should be replaced. I replaced the other side at home.
2) Don’t expect a local dealer to have the spring you need in stock. Dealers favorite reply to a parts question is we can order.
3) You may think lugging a spare spring is silly. I was back on the road in less than two hours. A friend who recently had a spring failure sat for two days.

I carry a spare propane regulator & pigtail along with a voltmeter and assorted electrical & plumbing items. For changing tires on the truck & trailer I have a 2' 1/2" breaker bar, 6" extension, and a 19mm / 21mm "flip" socket from my days in a tire shop.
2017 Imagine 2650 & 2019 F-250 (Got tired of the F-150)
I use plastic tool boxes to keep stuff sorted. One each for; Electrical, lubricants, odd parts, odd tools. Contents are always a moving target. I have to remember to clean them out once a year. I still have the low gear sprockets from a motorcycle I sold two years ago. I just ordered some new toilet parts, the spares I have in the box aren't the problem, looks like I need to replace the ball, maybe the spring.
If it's not one thing then it's another.
