    Sailor_Joe Joe, here are how I built the stabilizer blocks for my trailer. I still use the plastic ones under the tire and if needed on top of these when I need the extra boost in height. Yes they are overkill, but I'd rather have them heavier than needed instead of failing when loaded and I'm sleeping. But it has to be hard wired through the truck/trailer attachment and then through the trailer from the hitch to the backup camera. Do you know if they make a wireless adapter instead? That would be more interesting. I wasn't able to find any on their site but didn't look extensively.

      Sailor_Joe Hello Joe, I do not have an answer for you yet. Having a wireless option would be awesome and easy. I am looking into it as we purchase our new Imagine.I was assuming the Imagine comes prewired for a camera from Tongue to tail, but maybe thats Furrion wireless up to a module in the front pass-through Regarding the additional cable from tow to trailer, my original plan was to wire-tie the camera cable to the stock brake cable. I will let you know what I find out. I am assuming this would require adapter to the Furrion system. Thanks for encouraging me to dive into this deeper.

        I have an older 2017 Imagine where there is a cover on the back for a direct installation of a Furrion camera. We use the Furrion observation model. On our rig, the camera is powered through the battery switch so in my case it must be on for travel. Since many of us have complained where we would prefer the camera to be powered through the marker lights, GDRV may have made changed to make this happen.
        I have no complaints with the Furrion camera since I would never rely on the camera to back into a wooded campsite, since the camera may not pick up the dead branches that can easily puncture the rubber roof.. The DW speaking with me on a cell phone or walkie talkie is the best bet for me. I find the Furrion observation camera is perfect for over the road and works wonderfully for seeing those merging on the expressway that get confused on whether to speed up or slow down....or even stop. Unbelievable!
        The Furrion observation camera is also great for passing those slower semi's where I can clearly see when its ok to merge back to the right lane.
        One more advantage is to leave room at a red light between my TV and the vehicle in front then to watch the vehicle barreling down toward us from behind. I can watch them and simply move up to buy them the much needed space to keep them from piling into us.

        For the factory options on GM and Ford, they are hard wired. And I'm not sure on what Stellantis (Former FCA) offers.

          Wow! A flat within 24 hours!! I've heard of others having the same thing happen. I'm planning to slap on a tire monitoring system before driving it home from the dealer, and on having a tire puncture repair kit and compressor at the ready as well. Was yours a blowout or a puncture?
          Fortunately it was a puncture and went flat when parked overnight - not a roadway event THANK GOD! LOL Regarding TPMS, my "prepped" tire linc TPMS - wasn't. No power when I snapped the receiver into the pre-installed module. I'm still working on that one.             Jim, thank you for the extra information and observations. In considering the camera, you have brought to light some good advice to consider. I especially like the use more for the road and passion clearances rather than as a guiding tool for backing into the campsite.

              As promised, I wanted to come back to this thread with some final thoughts.

              In response to your comments and questions regarding the Nav-TV solution, I have decided to stay with the Furrion Wireless Trailer Camera system for the following reasons.

              1. The Sync 3 camera system on my 2021 F150 does not allow for the rear camera to be used while moving forward “for safety reasons”. However, Nav-TV has a solution for $500
              2. I would need three components from Nav-TV which in total would cost close to $1,100 vs. the $450 wireless solution from Furrion.
              3. Nav-TV does not have a wireless solution at this time. Therefore, a communication cable would need to be strung from hitch to tail which would be no small feat.

              Jim made the most salient observation, I would probably never use the camera for backing into a tight spot. I would more likely use my preferred spotter (aka Wife). The rear facing camera would be most useful and important while driving and provides me a view for trailer clearances should I need to change lanes.

              The downside will be the added display on an already crowded dashboard. But for now this will provide the best solution at a lower cost.

                  Peter Dianne I run them even though MFG do not recommend. I do live in the south where we have the wonderful flying wasp they refer to as "MUD DOBBERS" that love to build on rotating parts and things that stay warm.

                    As to the crescent shaped wedge blocks vs. flat... I prefer the wedges for the adjustability, but you do need to be careful with dual axles and the wedge blocks. Coming down off the blocks in the wrong direction can result in a block wedged in between the wheels and require digging out your jack to recover from.

                      My first post so be gentle.

                      Suggestion for those that dry camp and don't want to haul their entire trailer to and from a dump every time they get full. This makes it easier and you can put it in your truck when you know you are going near a dump station as you go buy and keep your trailer empty. Recommend at least 1/2 of your black tank capacity. $150 for a 21 Gal. portable is pretty reasonable and you don't have to pack up your trailer just to go make a dump run. Most places charge $3-$5 per dump unless you can find a rest stop somewhere. The manual says not to hang anything from the ladder, but they do make a tank carrier that sits on the bumper.
