Funny it's the same Chain.

I bought my unit used last year from a non-grand design dealer, so I have no experience with having the unit serviced at this location, but I've bought MANY parts and accessories from the Raynham location, and the Parts counter guy knows his stuff.

It has been said by others that some dealers won't service unit's they don't sell. (I don't know why). I would suggest calling and asking this specific question before you hook up and travel there.

Since I know EVERY dealer for every brand is SEVERLY backed up, it might be worth calling all 3 locations to get an estimate on time before they could take the unit in.

What's the issue you are going to try to have solved? I'm wondering if it's worth trying to have a Mobile Tech (you would pay the cost of the travel time, so this isn't free) come out if it's something that doesn't require a full shop to fix?

Dealt with one of these locations a few times in the past year and was less than thrilled.
