My apologies to the OP but possibly this question relates to the thread. Neil, what are the other "cables" in addition to the std. RV 7 plug hanging from your pin box area ?

      I don't mind if he doesn't.

The big two conductor is my feed for the DC to DC charger. I used an Anderson connector I mounted in the bed. The other is the Ford TPMS and trailer camera cable. It's designed to replace the 7+4 pin trailer connection at the bumper. I bought an adapter for it so that it instead replaced the 7 pin connector in the bed. The new receptacle has the 7 pin connection and the TPMS/Trailer connection. I'll grab a photo in a minute.

Here are some photos of the connectors in the bed. The Anderson connector I found on Etsy of all places. Someone in Australia 3d prints a flush mount connector with a cap that works perfectly.

Thanks! I learned most of it from watching here.

UPDATE: We are now owners of a 2021 303RLS...picked her up last week and are fully moved aboard!!

We chose the Andersen Ultimate Hitch with coupler reversed & safety chain kit.

Parking lot practice session easily reached 70degree turning radius with room to spare and can likely reach 80degrees & have 3-5inches cab to cap clearance. Still need to watch closely on uneven ground at camp sites, but so far, really like the set up.

Thanks to everyone for the help...we truly appreciate it.

Hi Sadie and Matt, I have in essence the same set up you have, A 2021 Ram 2500 CC 4x4 w Cummins, short bed and factory air. I installed the B&W turnover gooseneck ball, purchased a Anderson Ultimate hitch (save wieght) and heading out next week to pick up our almost new GD Reflec 303RLS. Just want to know what your experience has been towing your 303 w the AUH and your 2500? Any issues with the turning radius. Sides of the bed, the rear cab? And what level do you have your gooseneck on the AUH set at? Appreciate any feedback on your experiences with your set up. Thank you!

                      Glenn Morris
                      Hi Glenn,
Congrats on your purchase & welcome to the 303 family. Hope you enjoy yours as much as we are enjoying ours.

We've towed roughly 4000miles in 9months from FL, GA to MA, PA, NY, and now back to FL for the winter. Thus far the only issue we've had was with the AUH receiver cracked (likely due to significant weather changes according to Anderson). While you can safely tow without the "red hard plastic receiver", we waited & had a new one in 4 days from AUH under warranty. Fantastic customer service.

We use the middle setting on the ball; this provides adequate clearance for bed side rails and this height keeps our rig level, with typically 25-30psi in bags.
No issues with cab to cap clearance....UNLESS...you try to turn more than about 75 degrees. We practiced in an open parking lot when we first got the rv so we could see clearances.
If we are in tight quarters, either my wife or I get out & watch it closely. Only twice have we adjusted our turn backing into a site to ensure we had clearance.
We prefer 12" of clearance between cab & cap to be safe.

As for regular turning radius driving and making turns at intersections, we've had no issues.

I check the torque on hitch bolts and the hex bolts on the receiver pretty much every time we tow and have only adjusted them once. SC roads were terrible & we experienced lots of chucking and that was at about the 6month point.

Overall, we are very happy with the AUH but we are also completely new and don't have anything to compare it too so others that have used bth a slider and AUH, so they might say otherwise.

On another note, our 2020 Ram 2500's exhaust break is absolutely incredible & has really helped us be more comfortable towing. We went down a 9% grade in PA and I never touched the truck breaks using full exhaust break instead. Maintained 40-45mph all the way down the grade...I was still white knuckling the wheel though (Never towed 12k lbs down a steep hill before so we were cautious)

Hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions.
