I just received my new trailer tongue weight scale and tried it out today on my 2600RB. In a mostly Empty trailer (eg no water, food, and a small battery in position), it weighed about 650 lbs. When fully loaded I suspect it will come in closer to 750-800 lbs. just providing this for a reference point for those, like me, who are curious about such things. I got the scale from trailer...happy with both product and service.

Hello, I have a 2021 2600RB as well and weighed the tongue using the bathroom scale and beam technique. I got 898 pounds with water battery and some minor gear and propane. 862 when I drained the water tank. I am not confident I had the trailer on a great flat spot - it may have been sloping slightly toward the tongue. I should clarify that I measured the front electric jack stand weight, not the actual tongue which would have been lighter.
