Hi everyone my wife and I just purchase a 2610ml and are expecting delivery in May. Since our dealer is not around the corner to measure one in person I was just wondering if anyone knew the hitch height on the trailer when level? Also what size of ball do they require? I want to order the Andersen hitch but before I do I want to make sure of the correct ball size and whether I need to order the 4" or 8" drop for receiver.

Thanks for any help on this! Stay safe everyone.

First, hello and when you get a moment please see the Welcome Letter to New Members at https://gdrvowners.com/forum/main-fo...to-new-members It will hopefully help you get the most from your time here on the forum.

To your question: there's a similar question that TucsonJim answered and he wrote, Every GDRV unit I've measured has been between 23-1/2" and 24-1/2" from the ground to the top of the coupler. See https://gdrvowners.com/towing-and-hi...h-hitch-height

Ball size? I'm not 100% sure so will leave that to someone with an Imagine to answer. FYI, the gdrv4life website states, Depending on your floor plan, your required travel trailer hitch ball diameter is either 2" or 2-5/16" (the required hitch ball size is stamped on the hitch coupler). I suspect it's a 2" for your Imagine.

      Welcome and congrats.

I will say that the ball size is 2-5/16" , based on the length and weight of the trailer , 29' 11" , 7995#.
A call to your dealer will confirm which is right , peanuts for the winner , chicken feed for the loser.

Funny, I never paid much attention to the size so glanced at the coupler while hooking up. Of course you're right...my 315RLTS is also 2 5/16".
