To steal a quote from my friend and fellow moderator TucsonJim, Every GDRV unit I've measured has been between 23-1/2" and 24-1/2" from the ground to the top of the coupler. https://gdrvowners.com/towing-and-hi...2719#post42719

Not a direct answer to your question, but you may find this thread of interest: https://gdrvowners.com/towing-and-hi...wing-a-315rlts

I'm getting 25" at the coupler when using a 4 foot level on the interior floor.

The measurement above assumes the ground under the camper is level--is it? If not, to get an accurate measurement of coupler height the camper must be parallel with the pavement.

          I hope that makes sense.

Yes, I also measured the frame at the wheels and the front. I have it parked in storage and the concrete pad is level.

texas05 Morning, I found on my 2600RB that the "A" frame slopes up sightly from the unit to the coupler, you might want to check that out and see if it is messing with your numbers. I have found that measuring anywhere other than all the way to the rear of the frame bottom and forward at the point where the frame drops will mess with things. I find the floor inside can be different than the frame and different from one location to another. As Howard said "parallel" to the ground works.

              Good luck

texas05 Just had another thought. If you measure from the ground to the frame at the axel equalizer that will give a base measurement to work towards, not exact but a good starting point. The whole unit pivots around this point just as teeter totter.

Thanks for the responses. I purchased a Hensley and the hitch bar I got was based on the coupler being lower. I'm exchanging the hitch bar and want to make sure a get the right offset. I'm going with a 4" drop. I'll post all the measurements when a get the new hitch bar.
