Zooming my PC in to 300% I can see little angle on the hitch head, so at a minimum make sure you are using 5 washers if your hitch is a 10K version and your tongue weight is in the 900lb range. Make sure the cross bolts are properly torqued.

It looks like your Rancho's are adjustable where you can also set them to the firm setting as a first try or replace the 4 year old shocks if the results are not satisfactory.

Thank you Everyone for all the great feedback. I will Take all this in and start a proper evaluation. Once I get it to where it all properly works I will be sure to post my findings. I have a camping trip planned next weekend and planned on taking a day off before heading out to recheck all my settings. And then a road test for further evaluation.

The road test is the tell all. On our previous TT I had the hitch pretty dialed in, new where to set it when fresh tank was full and how long we were going out for. When the kids brought a friend or decided to bring extras that ended up in the rear bunk room I would have to stop on the raod and change the settings, move the chains up or down, to provide a better ride.

Ok did the Evaluation and recalculation on everything here’s what I came up with.
          trailer hitch height - 23”
          hitch /ball height -23 1/4”
          unloaded front - 41”
          unloaded back - 40 1/2”
          Loaded front - 40 3/4”. - 1/4” difference.
          loaded back - 39 3/4” - 3/4” difference.
          Tow hitch - 14,000 lbs

I knew when I did it the first time I was really close.
I’m thinking I may adjust the front down a bit and bring the back up. I forgot how the washers work on the hitch. Remove washer to bring forward puts weight on front ? Correct?

forgot mention that front shock adjustment on the Rancho shocks was a bit lighter than the back end. So front and back are are now adjusted up and the same. Road test now.

Adding washers pivots the hitch head down as well as the bars so this will put more force on the bars and will transfer more weight to the front of the truck.

I had a Silverado double cab 4wd half ton that we pulled our 2600RB with. Like the other travel trailers we had, it required some rearranging of the cargo to get the trailer in the sweet spot. a little hitch tweaking can also help.

                Dude

For use with airbags here is a pic of my half ton & rig. Basically with the bags, I've adjusted the truck to sit in it's unloaded stance. This method moved more mass to the light front end of the truck and to increase rear suspension travel. And holy cow, Rt 23 from Ohio to Michigan is twice as bad as last year. This setup in towing with 25mph cross winds was no issue. Truck suck is barely noticeable.

                45 psi front
                50 psi rear
                35 psi airbags
                6 washer on Equalizer

After last post I did the Road Test and still had a bit of bucking going on, ( believe shock adjustment was the main reason) my next step was to add a few more washers to put more weight to the front.
After pulling the head off I counted the washer already in place and counted 7 washers. So, with adding two more washers would put this close to 1” of spacing and to me that’s a lot of adjustment. I decided it made more since to raise the L- Brackets and remove all but two washers and give that a road test. Well, when I went to adjust the L-Brackets I discovered the previous owner had one side higher than the other, For the life of me that made no since to me. The crazy part to this is I never noticed because I attach and unattached on a unlevel road, in my head I thought it was because the road was uneven.
With that said I left the washer at a 7ct and brought the lower bracket up to the height of the other and will do another road test.
