We just finished placing the order through our local dealership for a new 2020 Reflection 337RLS. We spent a couple of weeks thoroughly exploring the Reflection 303, the 337 and the Solitude S-Class 2930RL as well as the 2020 Montana 294.
Our final decision was based on esthetics, comfort of the main living area, storage inside and outside, bedroom function/space and clothes/essentials storage. Points we considered as limits were length of unit, GVWR, and of course price point. We believed the Reflection 337 provided all our requirements without compromising any of our necessities. Let's be honest, here. There are no perfect choices.
To have context, our 5th wheel we will be trading in is a 2013 Open Range 345. We thoroughly enjoyed this floorpan, overall length, and my wife was thrilled with the way the table and chairs were very open allowing her to easily quilt while on the road. We also seemed to always be the host camper for dinner since the table layout allowed for easy roomy seating of 4 to 6 people. Additionally, it is worth noting that we are occasional campers. We usually take six or seven short trips (4-5 days) and a long two week or more trip.
We believe our soon to be Reflection 337 is a trade up in every way knowing the dinner table configuration will be a compromise yet still functional.
Here is the configuration we ordered:
Reflection 337
2020 Pebble Decor
2 AC units
Queen Bed
4 Chair Dinette (note: GD only supplies the new ottoman/storage seat and back wall cushion. GD has been asked to eliminate the ottoman and back cushion and to supply two additional chairs)
Now we begin the 6 to 8 week waiting period. Tick-Tock.
Hopefully our thought process helps others in their decisions on what unit to select.
P.S. thanks to all the persons who post their own reviews and videos of specific units. This is remarkably helpful.
