    I asked this of our dealer, General RV:

    For a new 2024 380FL sold with the 8K Axle/Disk Brake upgrade, what is the GVWR and Cargo Capacity?

    Does that option keep the ABS system or does the ABS system no longer work with the 8K Axle and Disk Brake package?
    They replied:

    To answer your questions, yes you would loose ABS brakes going to Disc brakes.

    The new GVWR would be 18,000lbs and the cargo would be an additional 1,200lbs.

      GD Customer Service sent this response:

      The frame and overall construction would be the same with or without upgraded axles. The pinbox is installed by Lippert to the frame prior to arrival to Grand Design, but depending on pinbox rating, GVWR may be restricted by the pinbox limitations so upgrading the axle may not always change the GVWR of the coach.
      The pinbox is rated for 21k. Not sure why they don't know what pinbox I have. Good times.
