Toy hauler sliding door problem

Have a 2021 26ft momentum toy hauler. One side continually falls out while traveling. So far we have been lucky that the glass has not broken. Dealer supposedly fixed under warranty, but didn't solve problem. Ideas? Thanks!

HI Linda. What do you mean "falls out"? Which part falls out? Which door are you referring to?
