Maxxair Fan and Camco XLT High Flow Vent Cover

I want to replace my exhaust fans with Maxxairs but I noticed that they have a large cover. Does anyone know if these will work with my Camco XLT vent cover?

yes, I had to change to this higher clearance model when I had the Maxxair Fan installed.
