I put this in the exterior section for lack of a better place.
I made a simple dispenser for carrying your dog clean up bags. Cost me nothing and about 10 minutes to install. It is actually located next to exterior TV (Momentum 376TH) in a shelf that is too tall to be used completely. Now I use the bottom of the opening for my outside remotes and the wasted space above now has a use.
First I use an empty toilet treatment container.
Next using a razor knife cut hole in the top similar to a tissue box.
It helps for loading bags into the container if you have the snap open and close lid like this one does.
Next use small wood screws to attach container to wall where you want it located.
