Adding a tag to a thread is simple.
You may be wondering...what's a tag? A tag is a way for the forum's database to quickly sort and find entries when a search is performed. Some programs reference them as a keyword or category.
Now the simple process to add a tag. Assume for this example that the thread that will be tagged is a modification.
Left-click with your mouse (or tap if on a phone) the word Tags. The Add Tags dialog box will open.
The cursor should be in the Enter tags field. Type in the word modification and click Save. You should see that the Tag has changed to Tag: modification

- As of the writing of this post there are only two defined tags used by the moderators. They are modification and reference library.
- There may be words other than None if the author or moderator has added tags previously.
Left-click with your mouse (or tap if on a phone) the word Tags. The Add Tags dialog box will open.
