Solar issues

Hi I just purchased a new 2024 382wb
II downloaded the solar mate app and nothing shows up . Anybody have any suggestions.

- I keep my rv under a shelter should i keep my solar disconnect on or off.

- Have the new 20 cubic furrion fridge has anybody hand any issues with it. mine seems to go off.I will reset fridge then it seems to happen all over again, thoughts.

If you are not in the sun and getting solar panel input the solar controller will not be working, you should see it in the app though.

Battery health is key in the proper operation of the 12 v dc fridges, they really seem to work much better with the higher voltage lithium batteries. We seen a test at the factory in April that showed the drop in dc voltage causing the fridge to not operate the way it should.
