311 BHS Reflection towed by Ram 3500 in Central PA: new to RV living

In July 2020 Ronette and Paul purchased a Grand Design Reflection 311 BHS being towed by a RAM 3500 Crew Cab Long-bed with a HO Diesel engine. We are new to the RV lifestyle and initially plan to work while touring the Eastern USA until Paul retires. Then we hope to push into the middle and Western states.

Paul is separated from the USAF after 10 years and worked as a Defense Contractor, in Telecommunications, and the Insurance industries. He is a curriculum developer and trainer for computer software.

Ronette has been working for companies in State and Federal agencies, mostly for FEMA in the disaster recovery field for several decades.

We want to get on the road and see more of the country, tour factories, see historic sites, and so on.

Welcome to forum, Paul and Ronette! I retired from the USAF (30 years) and now (actually again) working as a contractor.

Lots of info on the forum along with individuals with many, many years of experience on GD products so don't hesitate to ask questions. We're newbie friendly.

Welcome Ronette & Paul - glad to have you here. Enjoy your new Reflection. We spent four months in ours this winter in the southwest, and had a great time seeing the country as you hope to do. Retirement is great!
