We have a 2019 Reflection 2600 RB that was bought new. We are currently living in the travel trailer. The electric water heater just stopped working and I can't get it to switch to propane. Any secrets? The Dometic manual is of little help.

Double check that you have power to the unit. Also are you having any issues with any other 12V appliances? The HWH takes 12V regardless of heating source.
Also check the thermal fuses, they are known to have issues. Search the forum for thermal fuse and you will find several write ups.Joseph

Also--open the outside hatch door to the water heater and take a picture of what's underneath. Post it here.
