Island pendant lights

I just noticed last trip that the left pendant light swings when underway the right one is solid no movement. I tried to tighten it but can’t figure out a way. Maybe it’s supposed to have movement? Can anyone with a 2017-2018 303rls confirm? Trying to get all things addressed before departure next month.

Definitely no movement. It has been awhile, but, I changed out the clear for a more opaque glass with some color. I believe you might have to unscrew the base at the wood and a nut will tighten up the stem....again, been awhile.
