What material is used to cover the wood cabinets in a 2022 Imagine 2500RL

I would like to make changes to the cabinetry in our 2022 Imagine 2500RL. What material does GD use to cover the "wood" cabinets and cabinet doors? Is this material available for consumer purchase?
