The latest problem in our Solitude S 2930 is that one of the chairs has totally shut down all electric functions. I've supplied power from a different source with no success. Has anyone dived into these and found a (non) smoking gun? We will appreciate any and all advice!

Do yours have the black box between the chair and the plug? Try swapping with the other chair and see if that changes it.Scott & Mikaela

There is a small plug in the wires from the black box mentioned, transformer actually, and the chair this may have become disconnected.
