Dining table screws came loose (stripped) at floor after 3 months

We took delivery of our 2024 Reflection 303RLS in September 2023. We love all of the new features GD added! One thing we have noticed is that all 4 screws at the base of the table have pulled up from the floor. We only eat and use the table for a work surface (no kid's jumping on it or adults leaning/sitting on it :-) It appears that the screws only go into the floor about 1/4th of an inch which seems a bit short. Anyone else experience this problem? Any fixes/solutions? Any help is appreciated!!!

I believe that the floor thickness is 3/4" or 1" so a longer screw may work, just do not want to go the whole way thru to the outside. Contact GD Customer Service with your VIN and they should tell you how thick the floor is, then you can determine if a longer screw can be used. Or, being under warranty, have your dealer fix it.

If the dealer fixes it (or if you fix it yourself), extend the slide before leaving and FEEL for the screw points poking out through the bottom as the cover can and will hide them. THIS IS BAD. If they are sticking out, immediately go inside and inspect the floor for cuts.
