SWMBO is in another Grand Design sandbox and found where someone had done this, so we tried it and like it better than what I had planned (plus no measuring or cutting). Using felt on the bottoms will allow them to move with the slides and I am seeing easy possibilities of securing them. My side will close without unplugging and if I change her plug to a 90, hers will also. The downside is that it is a little flimsy as it will rotate, but securing it will take care of most of that. The lamps are not as bright as the puck lights in the ceiling, so I won't be waking her up when I come to bed at 4AM.
