bathroom door off track

Hi we just got a Transcend 221RB the bathroom door has came it track to slide, it fell off on way back home. How hard is it to get back on? looks like a pin tyoe with rollers that slide in track it is a 2020 model just got it .

Hi eagledad,

These sliding doors typically hang from a track where the door is tilted to hook it into the track. This requires removing and reinstalling the plastic guide bracket at the floor. If you can post some pictures, we can provide more specific suggestions.

Got door back on , just ended up sliding to end of track putting the wheels and brackets back on ran door down the track. The end stop came out of track which let it slide down. Thanks

I changed the guide out with the roller style guide and it made it much better to control the opening and closing of the door. .
