  • Use Quote When Responding!

    Forum Members,
You may have noticed this forum had the option to Comment or Quote. When to use one versus the other was causing confusion. To make it easier, now there's Quote or Reply (no Comment).

Why is Quote the best way to respond to a post? The system automatically sends the person you're quoting a Notification letting them know that you responded to them or that you have a question.

If you just Reply tin a thread you'll have to hope the other member stumbles across your post. See an example using Quote below (note I didn't actually post the example!):

    Any questions--fire away!

Forum moderators are not GD employees--we are volunteers and owners presumably just like yourself. Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, we have nothing to gain should you choose to purchase a product or engage a service we discuss on this forum.
