So I had an odd circumstance happen to our TCL Roku TV at our last camping trip. I had left the TV in streaming mode across Wi-Fi in testing at our house before we left. When we arrived at our campsite, we did not have Wi-Fi but the TV was still stuck in that mode and would not change back to the home screen to select cable, HDMI inputs, and etc. I had to do a factory reset on the TV and get it back like it was. From now on, I always return to the home screen when I turn off the TV even though I have since installed Starlink and we could likely get out of that situation if it happened again. Once I did the reset, I had to download all the apps to the TV and return it to the way it was prior. I'm not sure if this will help or is related to your issue...but something to note I guess.
