Tankless water heater turns on even though controller is off

Hi there,

Recently picked up my 2024 Reflection 303rls. I found my tankless water heater would start and try to run even though the furrion controller was off and I had no water in the RV.

My previous Grand Design (2500 RL and 270BN) would also mysteriously turn on from time to time with no water running but I believe the controller was on.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

This happens because the controller sense low ambient temperature and wants to turn the water heater on to prevent freezing. There is an off button on the outside on the water heater.
