Auto up and down TV system ?

This may seem like a silly question ,but I can not get an answer from my dealer. Other than you can do it manually ( but they can't tell me how).

What if the automatic system that runs the TV up and down in some of the GD campers breaks? How can you raise it up or lower it by hand.
Can it be done in a manual mode? I can't seem to find any information on this. I get the feeling I'm missing something simple.

None of the other documentation provides any information on your question. I have no experience myself with the item so I won't speculate.

Thank you for the links and helpful information. I guess my question gets an answer form one of them. I had hoped it was just a simple thing I missed and someone could answer easy.
