One Control Locked out

Hello, I purchased a 2019 Momentum 376TH, and can't connect via blue tooth to the OneControl, IT seems to be locked out from previous owner, Can I rest and if so how, also I want to reset the Wireless Router as the SSID is not showing up only OpenWRT is showing up. thank you for any help

I am not sure how to do that and would recommend calling Lippert Support. If you can contact the previous owner and get the password or code the get into the system then you could reset this. I think Lippert may be your best bet.

Raygittings Post a picture of the controller. Different ones have different pass code reset procedures.
