What is this connection for?

I have a 2022 280RS, that has a salvage title. Most of the electronics were replaced after it was stripped. On the back wall of the front garage, behind the battery, I have a connection to the metal wall, that should be a chassis ground, but there are no wires attached. Does someone know what this is for, and what I should connect to it?

The battery ground should be there with other grounds. I think in the condition of the trailer you may have to do a little digging around to see where the battery ground goes, maybe it is in another spot?
