Question about EMS HW30C installation on a 2021 XLS22MLE

Brian, The actual installation is about a 3 out of 10. I hope that I didn't scare you with my backpedaling a few steps. That was actually my first physical addition to my class C. I just expected that the power cable from the external connector to the control panel would be the round black cable as this is what we have. I guess after thinking for a bit that Romex would actually be more cost effective based on being a 30 amp and the length of the run. Again, not being familiar with your model other than looking at pics and floorplans, placement of the unit is a concern as far as ease of installation, especially if they didn't put in a bunch of slack (never a problem on mine ). This is mine. I actually had lots of space to work with.
Watch a few Youtube videos and you will probably find out that placement is probably the hardest part.

those grey connectors are one use. I ended up cutting both of the ones on the wiring pigtail connection box.

you would need to replace it with either a standard romex connector or another one of those push connectors.
