Update 3 (final)
Been traveling through Baja and with full sun every day we are so happy with our system. Despite growing pains we are now finally past them and starting to fully enjoy our 376.
Dragged the rear a couple times, our rear skid mod works great!
Solar is keeping my 1k amp bank full.
Residential fridge is freezing everything in the freezer despite it being hot out.
My wife's dishwasher is wonderful, she loves it.
The washer dryer works great,
The sound system is being used more than anticipated...
Watching movies at night without a worry on the 55" Sony is fantastic.
.....all while dry camping!!
