Awning operation is inconsistent

Hi, we have 2020 320MKS, the awning over entry door does not operate consistently. When we go to extend the awning, if it works, if you let off the switch, the awning stops and that’s it. Same thing for retraction. We can hear a clicking sound behind the stairs. Sometimes hours later it will work again. Could it be the switch or relay?

The "clicking" sound may be the Unity board for the One Control. The switch sends a signal to the board and there is a relay that actuates the awning. There may be a loose wire or a relay that may have an issue. If you are handy you could remove the rear wall in the pass thru and locate the board and have someone actuate the switch, if not hopefully your dealer can help.
