Steve, As Howard stated, the information available is a bit "lacking". In the information he found, even on the local controlled unit, there appears to be two boxes. One is the junction box and the other a controller. I know on several of my units, the switches were in the junction box and there was an additional box (i believer accessed from the bottom) did the actual controlling. Hopefully it's just higher up inside the plenum area.
