Season Protection Package

So my new 2021 GD Transcend XPLOR 231RK cones with a Season Protection Package. I also have a Arctic Package sticker on my front door. When i asked customer service what the Arctic Package is they asked for my VIN number and then sent me the following response.


“Here is the season protection package. I did not see the artic package that you are referring too in the sales order, I believe this would take place of the article package.”




i am confused why they would put a sticker on the door but not give the package and also what is the Arctic Package?

A lot of times things are changed and production does not keep up and literature does not keep up. I would guess that they may be changing from " Arctic Package" to "Season Package" and production is just sticking stickers on. The "Arctic Package", which many manufactures use, is far from being "Arctic" and I do not know why they advertise it that way.
